英國內政部最近正式發布了相關移民規則的變更，這些新規則自2024年4月4日開始正式實施。 • 除了健康護理簽證，技術員工簽證路徑下申請人的薪金門檻由£26,200漲至£38,700 • 健康護理簽證下申請人的薪金門檻由£26,200漲至£29,000 • 新規定也適用於已經獲批技術員工簽證並且會在2030年4月4日前申請該簽證的續簽、變更雇主或申請定居的申請人 • 緊缺職業清單被新的移民工資列表ISL取代，因為英國政府希望對於特定工作給予薪金門檻上的優惠。緊缺職業清單中的工作相對於一般職業的薪金門檻有20%的折扣，但是，之前對現行費率要求的20%折扣將被取消。 • 博士學位相關工作，新進移民和國家薪資等級職業的相關規定也有所變動。 • 全球商務流動計劃路徑下的高級或專業人員簽證的薪金門檻由£45,800漲至£48,500 • 全球商務流動計劃路徑下畢業管培生的簽證的薪金門檻由£24,220漲至£25,410 • 成長型企業簽證薪金門檻由£34,600漲至£36,300 • 季節性工人路徑下中從事某些家禽工作的工人的工資要求從£26,200 (每小時£10.75) 漲至£38,700 (每小時£15.88) • 標準職業分類SOC 由SOC2010 更新為SOC 2020 • 由於新規則的實施，雇主必須確保自2024年4月4日開始申請的贊助許可證明CoS使用新的代碼 • 2024年4月11日起，5年制路徑下家屬團聚簽證的新申請人，對於收入的要求將漲至£29,000。將不再設立單獨的子女申請下的最低收入標準。 • 對於那些在2024年4月11日前已經提交申請並滿足最低收入要求的申請人，在他們申請定居簽證時則必須要滿足這一變動。 • 家庭暴力受害者路徑下的關係要求將包括歐盟定居計劃下的預定居申請的所有伴侶。 • 被批准在英國工作的難民庇護人員，從2024年4月日開始將只可以從事移民工資列表上的工作 • BNO 簽證申請人將可以申請英國政府公共福利。為了協助在英國申請定居簽證，簽證決策者將在30個月的簽證上附加28天。在主申請人獲批後即使情況有變，成年親屬授養人也可以申請BNO簽證。配偶和成年授養人將不需要申請與主申請人相同期限的簽證。 • 另外，電子旅行授權、旅行簽證等都有相關的變動 在此對於移民規則的變更僅為簡介，如果您有意申請英國相關簽證，請與專業的移民律師進行咨商以獲取更加完善的信息。
