If you are an EU, EEA(includes EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or Swiss citizen, and also started living in the UK by 31 December 2021, you and your family member can apply to the EU settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021. You will need to apply for another document to come to the UK, or to join your family member after the deadline if you missed it.

Successful applicants will be granted Settled Status or Pre-Settled Status, depends on the duration of continuous period stayed in the UK.
