Following a similar approach from the United Kingdom, from 31 January 2021 a new settlement route will be available for British Nationals (Overseas) citizens from Hong Kong. This route allows Hong Kong British Nationals (Overseas) and their close family members whom are living in the same household to apply for either 30-month or 5-year leave to enter or remain in the Isle of Man. Similar to the U.K. visa route, the holders of this visa will be permitted to work and study while living in the Isle of Man.
